• Everytime I try to save a plug-in settings a page comes up with the message:

    FORBIDDEN
You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/options-general.php on this server.

Apache Server at https://www.vistechstudios.com Port 80″

I’ve tried changing the permissions for both the folder the .php is in and options-general.php itself. Nothing seems to work and it’s important that we get this website up and running asap.

I hope one of you have a solution!

    Thanks in advance

A 403 forbidden means that your browser isn’t able to load the scripts up because your server isn’t allowing it. This is a hard one to solve. Because anything could be blocking the server.
    – Most likely this is a server permissions/ownership issue, so ask your host what’s going on
    – Also, check your .htaccess files for anything strange.
    – Also try a full Manual Upgrade, to make sure all the WordPress files are there and correct.
    – – Make sure to backup everything (including database) before doing any action, in case.

I have same problem with the latest version 3.9.1.

Sometimes my users have successfull on LOgin and asomething NO.

Seems as a aleatory problem due to any instability.

Problem occur independently of browser in use : IE, Chrome or Firefox.

Is there any way to solve this ?
    Thank You
