My is returning ERROR 403. The reason is Hostgator’s security policy, it thinks this is a hacker attack or something. But I found that if I just take the “HTTP” from the link it works. Here are examples:

This one does not works:
https://www.dhammadafloresta.org/blogger/?q=https://dhammadafloresta.blogspot.com/2014/10/guerreiro-ou-fujao.html

This one works fine:
https://www.dhammadafloresta.org/blogger/?q=dhammadafloresta.blogspot.com/2014/10/guerreiro-ou-fujao.html

The only difference is the removal of “https://” from the beginning of the argument. Would it be possible to change the plugin to take care of this? I looked around in several sites and a lot of people are having this problem. I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks!

Hi Mudito,

I have the same issue. I also use hostgator, I get the Error 403 (only for blog posts, for the main page works fine) and if I remove manually the ‘https://’ it works. But I don’t know how to remove from the code. Could you please help me?

If you don’t know about the code, at least how do I add a link to the error page (like you did).

The solution I used was following the steps in the Wpbegginers page but a friend helped me change the code of the blogger template to this (of course you need to replace the website name):`

I have just replaced the lines which delete the ‘https://’ and worked!
