Are you on a linux server? If so, check out your /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file. Look at the <VirtualHosts> section and make sure it looks right.

The whois info suggest that you are hosted by eHost.pl. The headers being sent are saying the server is Apache which I assume is on a linux server but it doesn’t specify. Is it shared hosting or a VPS? I can’t read polish so I’m not sure what kind of hosting eHost.pl offers. Contact them and see if they can help you out.

Get ssh access from your hosting provider and check out apache config.
