    I’m confused, who would want this set? And why is EU UK added by default?

    Does this mean that all purchase attempts fromEU or UK are rejected?

    I cannot delete the 2 default lines, why?

    I have just created a new WP install, installed WooComerce and this plugin, and verified that this is not the case (they are not selected by default):

    Perhaps you think that their presence in the select box means they have been chosen? That is not the case.
