For the rss widget, what’s the rss polling time?

    The widget plugin comes with built-in rss support.
    I was wondering if anyone knew when the feeds are polled and refreshed?
    And if it was editable?

  • RSS feeds are generated fresh each time you request them.

    maerk: He’s talking about the RSS widget, to display other people’s feeds. Not to generate feeds for the blog itself.

    The RSS widget uses the internal fetch_rss function (Magpie), which defaults to using a cache and only refreshing once per hour, at maximum.
