For the money, it’s the best one out there.

We purchased a 5-site license and so far everything has been excellent. The administrative control panel is the best I have seen and the opportunity to stage 2 sites with nearly instant cloning helped us update a site running an older fussy theme.

We previously tried both Jetpack and UpdraftPlus and found both lacking. The worst part was the lack of customer service and support.

With BlogVault we were able to use both the instant chat window, email support and database articles to answer questions quickly.

The bottom line is we feel more confident both about the quality of our backups and the support. And for the money, it’s the best one out there.
