For submission from user, I would like their email to populate when I hit reply

    When we get form submissions for some reason when I hit reply to respond back to the user, it populates an admins email, not the users email that send the form submission.

    Hi,

    Please note that the emails that you receive from the forms are being sent to you via administrator email. That is why when you respond to the email it opens the list of administrators. It is not possible to reply to the user’s email. Since it is forwarded to you from the administrator email.

    But there should be an option to change “reply-to” address in the plugin. Some other plugins have that ability, when hit to reply button it sends to submitter directly. I need that option either. Don’t want to change plugin, please help.

    Hi!

    Please excuse there was a misunderstanding.

    Form Maker plugin has that option too.

    Please follow the mentioned steps:

    Go to Form Options > Email options > Advanced. Then set to Email “Email From” and “Reply to” fields.
