But, if you’re familiar with PHP and WordPress hooks, you would be able to plug your own data on the plugin.

Would it be possible to A) use a tag as a selector, as in tag=”adopt-me” for example, and B) create a loop that would show all or a set number of the plugins/themes with that tag?
