For future update: Allow options for admins to disable functions in profile edi

Amazing plugin that was very much needed with WordPress 3.6

Is it possible to add a function so that admins can choose what to enable within the users profile edit page? It is way too many things there that not all sites need.

I have personally stripped code to remove some options:

I believe that this type of option would be very beneficial for most multiple author sites.
