"For first time visitors" not working

    Hello Supsystic team,

    Thanks for the awesome plugin!

    I am having problems with the “for first time visitors” option.

    I have inserted “0 Days” for the option, and according to the instructions, it says “To remember only for one browser session – use 0 here”.

    After saving it, the pop up doesn’t appear after I re-open the website or the browser. In fact, it doesn’t appear at all even after many attempts to close and re-open the browser.

    I am using “Scroll window, delay for 10 seconds” at the “When to show pop-up” tab.

    Hello Supsystic team,

    It is working fine on my Ipad (When I open a new browser page, the pop-ups appears).

    However, the pop up hasn’t appear on my website at all on my desktop, no matter how many times I’ve open or close my browser.

    I checked your site and popup works as it should – “for first time visitors”, only for one browser session.

    Please contact us through our?ticket system and tell me which browser you are using. We will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem.
