First, I can see that the FooBox script is being deferred by the WPRocket plugin that you have installed and activated and this may be preventing FooBox from being loaded.
To prevent this from happening, you will need to exclude the FooBox script from being deferred using this guide from WPRocket: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/976-exclude-files-from-defer-js
You will add the following URL: https://www.stamatisgroup.com/wp-content/plugins/foobox-image-lightbox/free/js/foobox.free.min.js
I also noted that you have the Elementor lightbox enabled. To prevent instances where the Elementor lightbox opens the image in the Elementor lightbox instead of FooBox, or to prevent a scenario where both FooBox and Elementor lightbox are opened at the same time, kindly disable the Elementor lightbox. Lastly, you can also login to your WordPress admin and navigate to FooBox-> Settings and on the “Advanced” tab, enable the “Disable Other Lightboxes” option.
