Footnote list’s position is wrong with elementor

When I edit a post with wordpress, the footnotes at the end of the post appear where I expect them to be (in alignment with the post’s text).

However, when I use Elementor to edit the post or page, then the footnotes at the end of the post appear at the very left-bottom of the page. In this case the footnotes are not part of the container of the post’s text’s container, but they seem to be just put there independently of the post’s text.

How can I show footnotes after a post edited by Elementor in alignemnt with the text of the post?
