Footnote

I’ve changed my website to using Twenty Ten and so far I’m impressed.

However, there are a couple of teaks I’d like to make:
1. I’d like to add a footnote on the left opposite “Proudly Powered by WordPress” so that I can add either a copyright tag or something similar.
2. The tagline (which goes along with the header) is positioned on the top right but for some reason it is justified on the left and I’d like to change it to be justified on the right.

If anyone can help in either of these issues it will be much appreciated. I should add that I don’t know anything about website design, html and all that, so explanations in plain English please.
