footers that look like mini websites

hi everyone
i have noticed many blogs/sites have tall footers which include lists of links and categories.
for example

https://jasonsantamaria.com/
https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/

i am trying to add one to my wordpress blog.
https://www.eddycrosby.com
does anyone how to create such a footer and incorporate into a WordPress site?
