Footer Widgets and background photos

    Hi I am building the next version on my website using Local. I am currently trying to set up my footer section, but I found it really had using the WP block editor. Is there another way I can do it?

    Plus, although I did not set any background images on my website, I have some images appearing when I scroll up or down that I would like to remove. How can I do that?
