Footer widget code is not working properly

I used font awesome to create social media icons and placed them in the footer of my site- it worked for a few days but now the icons are squeezed together (even though they are formatted in columns) and are black instead of the orange color I have specified for links, buttons, etc. in the site. On this homepage you can see the correct placement and color of the icons, and then in the footer they are wrong- however the code is exactly the same in both place. Help please?
