Footer vanished

It is unlikely that Simple Side Tab is affecting your footer, especially when it is deactivated.

I would suggest deactivating all your plugins and see if the footer returns. If it does, then re-activate each plugin, one by one and check the footer every time. If the footer disappears when a specific plugin is activated, then we know what is causing it. This is a standard debugging method that will help solve your problem.

I just checked the site again and see the footer is displaying. There is another side tab plugin “liveChatFloatingButton” running and I can’t see that Simple Side Tab is loaded.

Anyway, it looks like your initial problem is resolved. If you do decide to use Simple Side Tab and need further assistance, please let me know.

Hi. Thank you for your prompt response.

The Genesis genesis_footer Hook no longer displays after installation of this plugin. I have the same plugin on another site and did not have any issues but for some reason on this site, it caused the genesis_footer Hook to vanish.

Any ideas?
