• Hi.

    I have four footers on the main page of my studio’s site set up as widgets. The first of the footers is a text block that has a link to a pdf section of the site. The PDF is updated every month with a similar one with new content. The second and third footers are simply text blocks. The fourth footer is a form for visitors.

    The site is: https://www.yogasource.ca

    Each month I change the html in the first footer to point to the updated page. For some reason, this month the code in the first footer is turning footers 2, 3, and into links that point to the same content as the first footer despite me never altering the code in the them. I’ve even removed all the code and text from the first footer and it still makes links of the 2nd 3rd and 4th footer.

    Here’s the block of text that I use each month in footer #1:

    <a href="https://www.yogasource.ca/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Novemberscheduletoprint.pdf">
    Click here for a PDF version of our class schedule.

    Not sure what’s going on. It seems to be happening on Safari and Chrome as well as other machines and phones.

    Any ideas what I can do to fix it?

    Thanks,

    Sarah.

  • Looks like your change was done to the entire footer rather than to just the first footer.

    You should check here, https://themeforest.net/item/salient-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4363266/support for proper support.

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
