Footer Textsize, Alignment per widget area

Usually achieved by add #footer_one, #footer_two, #footer_three to front of selector

actually I have the following in my css at https://www.digitalfim.ch:

text-align:     left ;
}
#footer_two {
text-align:     left ;
}
#footer_three {
text-align:     left ;
}

The goal is to set the alignment of text, headline and the character size of text headline and links separately.
