Footer Bar

To show the footer-bar like in the image you have uploaded, please go to your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > First Footer Widget Area .
In First Footer Widget Area, click Add a Widget and add the widget
Text then enter the Title and Content as we have done in the snapshot.
