    Hi TIA,
    Thanks for your excellent problem description.

    I will reproduce the problem and investigate.

    The anchor onclick event scrolls to the top of the page. I believe I need to remove the inline onclick event from the anchor and instead embed the javascript in the page which attaches the scroll action to the clicking of the link.

    I will get back to you when it is fixed.
