Footer paragraph block not centering

    Within Widgets > Footer 1, I have three blocks, an image, a separator, and a paragraph. The paragraph does not center, but the image and the separator do. “Align text center” is selected. I’ve cleared the browser cache and reapplied the block. Additional Paragraph blocks also do not center.
