Footer not spanning across the page

  • Hi

    I am trying to add a carousel to the footer but the footer is not spanning across the 12 grids. I tried to work around this y copying the footer from the parent theme and add the carousel there but this did not work either.

    Can you please help me with this.

    Hi Imran

    I am not sure why the footer.php file I added to the child theme did not work at first but it is now working.

    I just need to confirm one thing will the changes I make via the additional files (header.php and footer.php) be overwritten at any point.

    I appreciate your help.

    yes, you can do this, It is in this way overwritten

    Firstly copy header.php and footer.php file in your parent theme package then paste header.php and footer.php in your child theme package (Appointment red ) and change your required code in this files.
