Footer menu not showing on responsive devices

I have difficulties using the phlox footer. Very limited usage compared to other templates. I managed to insert menu but it doesnt show on mobile devices.
I inserted widget menu in “Global secondary widget area”. Shows on PC screen but not on responsive.
