Footer Links Config – Colors

Pro version. I’m NOT a developer.

Very pleased and saved a bunch of time…until I got to this point.

Footer links Styling, colors, etc. are NOT displaying as configured.

Here are the settings.

But the footer links are like this, plus upon hover they turn white (invisible)

I’m guessing the theme’s color settings are taking over?? How do I fix that without messing with rest of the site’s pages and such? Am still in staging but fix this and ready to go live.
