    I was able to change the footer background on Twenty Twenty One with custom CSS
    but my text color has not changed. Also, there is a mysterious black line through the footer.

    footer{background-color: #475A67; color: #f6eed8; width:100%;}

    Also when I try to add a footer widget, it appears above the footer, not in it.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I tried creating a block but instead of displaying the text I put there it puts the body of the page in the footer!

    Ok going back to “full” I was able to change the font color with a span style.

    Still don’t know why the line is there or why the footer doesn’t always stay at the bottom of the page.

    Also why the paragraph is double-spaced and can’t apparently be changed is dumbfounding.

    Hi @lsaclub3,

    It seems that you’re now using Twenty Twenty. Feel free to reply to this post if there’s an issue with the Twentig plugin.

    Since I wasn’t getting a reply I changed it after posting this but am still having the same problem with the block putting the body content into the footer.

    Is there a way to add a screen shot to this? Because I’m not going to leave it that way on my site just for you to see.
