IE is particular sensitiv to invalid code.

see that is flawed. perfect example is the 1st error on line 33. i printed out the source code from my ie browser no less, and that script is closed. it says the > is missing but it isn’t. there are a ton of these.

let me be more specific. not a single thing is missing with the errors it says it sees. i have a printout of the source code from the ie browser in question and it provides line numbers for easy ref. I have no idea what to do now. I am so frustrated.

line 84 has a </body> tag which can cause all sorts of havoc and will throw off a variety of things

The validator can be hard to work with…. Sometimes you have to do some sleuthing to find a problem, fix it, and revalidate.

I would look at the positioning of the art-footer, there are some relative and absolute, and some image divs, art-footer-r for example, which don’t appear to show an image, or if they do they are grey on grey.

good call on the </body>, but it didn’t fix any thing. I will plow through all this and see.
