Footer Image Wont Display On All Pages!

I am working on a redesign of my website puremadonna.com and as you can see I am using an image as my footer.
My problem is that when I click on another page the footer image doesnt show, it is only appearing on the main page. I have tried all that I know to get it to show!
Any point in the right direction will be much appreciated!
