Footer height does not change

  • I have entered footer height parameters in Simple Custom CSS:
    .footer-widgets {
    padding: 10px 0;
    }

    Also this form:
    .footer-widgets {
    padding-top: 10px;
    padding-bottom: 10px;
    }

    Footer height remains the Canvas theme default.

    I cannot find the default padding anywhere in theme, child theme, or custom css so I don’t know what needs to change.
