Footer has changed to full width, not sure why, help!

Hi,

I have been updating a website I have been producing recently, found here, for some reason the footer has changed to the full width whilst making other changes. I have no idea why this has happened and think it looks really odd.

How do I cange it back so it is contained within the main area and has the Outside Background visible around the page again?

Hope that makes sense. Have spent hours trying to work out why but not sure and no expert for writing the code.
