Footer full-width on blog page

  • Hello, please, I’m not able to set up full-width footer on my blog page (post page). I tried many css codes, but nothing works for me. I use Botiga theme and there is no option for this.

    There is a white space under footer too…

  • You added the footer with other content, if you add it separately, it will be full-width.

    Thank You for Your reply. But it happens only on archive posts page, single post and other pages are ok, why? Thank You.

    You could potentially contact the theme creators at https://athemes.com/support/, they might be able to assist you, especially if it’s a paid theme.

    I checked your site in advance. Perhaps your page had invalid HTML tag and it broke the footer layout. I guess it were from additional content/element.

    I did inspect your site once again now. And looks likely footer area is now properly separated from content-wrapper area. This made your footer area properly displayed. https://i.snipboard.io/bDtUfn.jpg

    so it works, not perfectly, but works.

    Now I set the blog page to “bloooog” and now You can see the problem with destroyed design.

    I think there is some conflict between Botiga theme and WordPress settings, but I have no idea, where it comes….

    I cannot set the default post page without design changes….

    Thanks for getting back!

    I saw you have some plugins enabled. I am wondering whether one of them adds new element to blog page that probably cause you this glitch. To verify this, please run troubleshooting mode with the help of Health Check plugin, disable all plugins at once, run your test, then re-enable plugins one by one while running test in each.

    Hello, probably it’s not plugin problem. I deactivated all plugins, run troubleshooting mode and footer on blog page is still boxed…

    When I switch to default theme, footer is full width, when I switch back to Botiga, blog page design is not the same like other pages… The whole body and footer became smaller (boxed)…

    Do You have any idea, what to do? Do I still have to test each plugin separately? I removed all custom changes too (css codes and so on).

    Any page I set up to “posts page” loose its content and has only original title with newest posts block and is boxed… Problem with the blog page template?

    I read tons of topics, but didn’t find any solution.

    If You want, I can give You an access to my page. Maybe You’ll see the problem from the better side?

    Thanks for getting back along with clarification.

    Have you tried reinstalling Botiga theme and check whether reinstalling fixes your issue?

    Yes, I tried it, but nothing changed… In other themes there is no problem, but with Botiga yes…

    I think to remove blog from store, I don’t know, what to do.

    I have a question, if is there some way to adapt the short page to the content, on contact page on mobile is a big white space under footer….
