Otherwise you can use CSS:

.site-info {
    color: #000000;
}
.site-info a {
    color: #ffffff;
}

Thanks. First example changes text color and the second code example doesn’t work and doesn’t change link color. How can I change link text color and its hover condition?

I’m not seeing the above CSS added to your site? It should definitely work:

.site-info a, .site-info a:visited {
    color: #ffffff;
}

.site-info a:hover {
    color: #ddd;
}
