Footer column

I’m not entirely sure what you’re trying to achieve here, but footer columns cannot be directly modified in terms of their arrangement.

If you place footer elements near one another, they will be displayed horizontally. Alternatively, you can use the widget areas to display Gutenberg widgets in a vertical fashion, but these only work with widgets.
