Footer color – part is correct, part is transparent

Theme: WPShower Sight

Problem: I manually changed my footer color, but for some reason the bottom 10% of the footer remains transparent (between correct color and bottom of browser window), showing the site background instead of the footer color.

I can’t seem to figure out what I need to modify to fix this. I’m kind of a CSS novice, so it may be something easy that I just can’t see due to my lack of knowledge.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
