Footer Before Content

Hi,

First time poster, please be gentle. I am trying to provide as much relevant information to obtain support.

The page in question is this one –> https://southbayjobinstitute.com/dsst-exam-registration/

This page is exactly setup the same way as this page –> https://southbayjobinstitute.com/mat-exam-registration-form/

Difference is that DSST page shows the footer before the content for some reason. I am utilizing The7 theme and have set the settings on how the pages template, sidebars etc are setup from link 2 to link 1.

Any help would be appreciated as I have tried to fix this issue for a week now and its getting under my skin.
