Footer area right shows ‘ghost’ images

Hi

when we view our site using the Google Chrome browser two small image placeholders* are visible in the Footer Area Right although there is no widget in this area (ie it’s blank when we edit in the widgets area of wordpress theme when we edit the website)

These don’t appear if we view the site with Edge

Can’t see how to remove these any thoughts?

*not sure whet these are called but if you get a page that doesn’t load pictures on a website the images are replaced with little squares
