Footer and sidebar not working

    I have network multisite setup.. I have created a no.of sites in this network..My problem is if i am working on child site the changes made are not seen. i need to update a post/page in order to work..And sometimes the footer is invisible and at times sidebar is also not seen.
    Guide me to eradicate this issue…as it is pretty embarassing when showing it to clients the missing sidebar/footer..The thing get temp resolved when i update some post/page of it..But not a right solution want a permanent one…

    let me give u an example …
    I am making some footer customisation changes in theme options tab..
    and if i save changes and go to my child site and refreshes it and look for the changes ..it is not reflected there.. so wat i did was i updated one page/post and then i turned to my site to view changes ,and the changes were done..
    And sometimes working for a lot on child site makes footer and sidebar invisible and it becomes visible when a page/post in updated not when widgets/theme options saved..
    Is it clear enough to understand the problem and give me solution…I tought some cache problem so it installed wp super cache plugin but no use..

    Heh. Well yeah.

    The theme options are per site.

    The theme FILES (like footer.php) are network wide.

    Heh .. The problem of sidebar and footer is still persisiting …I am now trying on single site ..Here also the sidebar and footer vanishes when the i usually refresh it…
    Its creating nuisance in my site .. Plz reply ASAP

    Then you’re doing something wrong when you edit it.

    Are you pressing save?

    Hey Guys ..Problem solved ..It was due to the plugin wp-super cache ..I configured it on mod-rewrite mode ..So ..when i uninstalled it .. It was working fine..Thanks for your replies..
