Footer and Primary sidebar issues

  • Hello,

    I have been using the pinnacle theme (free version) since 2017 and never had any problems with the website. Recently the footer and part of the primary sidebar disappear. I upgraded the wordpress version, the pinnacle theme and the Kadence Toolkit for the latest versions. Now the website has more issues besides the footer and the sidebar problem that I noticed before.

    Hi @acaseiro,
    I would suggest deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting. Let me know if there’s no change!

    Thanks for the suggestion. I will do that.
    Can you confirm if the pinnacle theme (latest version) must have the 7.3 php version to work perfectly?

    Pinnacle should still function on older versions of php, but we certainly recommend updating.
