Footer and Navigation Editing Possible with Theme?

    I’ve set up the above for the client. I’m using Twenty Ten theme. He’s not happy with the way all of his pages in the black nav bar are stretching it downward. He suggested changing the font size to make it smaller, but it’s already pretty small. Any suggestions.

    Also, there is the copyright, archive and other links in there he wants to move to the footer. I told him I wasn’t sure if this can be done since it’s a theme but if it can be done, can someone explain to me how to take links in the top nav and move them to the footer?
