• Dear all,

I use the Customizer Design with Nimble Editor for my site. For footer and header I use the “Nimble site wide header and footer” option.
Every 2-3 days the Heading module is only shown on the main page. On all other sites it’s invisible unless you move the mouse on it. My regular menu for is shown correctly.
At the same time the footer is also becoming weird. Normally I have 5 social icons in a horizontal line on the right site. With the error those icons are shown vertical and there is also a line of 5 vertical dots in the middle of the footer. So the footer is becoming huge.
I found out when editing the footer (even without changing anything) and publishing afterwards all errors are fixed for another 2-3 days. Do you know anything I can do here? I just republished the site so it’s shown correctly but I will not do it for the next days now.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi

Use the latest software versions : make sure WordPress, your theme and plugins are all updated to their latest versions.
Cache plugin : if you use a server cache or cache plugin, clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
Check for plugin conflict : Install the WP official Health check plugin. Activate the troubleshooting mode. Then deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.

    Best wishes
