• As instructed, I already removed the recent version of FooGallery, replacing it with the last version. (It fixed the display problem for a bit, until…) The plug in has again automatically updated again, causing the galleries to again not display. How can I prevent the plug in from updating? I see no way to manually disable updates in the dashboard.
I’m using the free version right now, and hesitate switching to the paid, if this is still going to happen.

The gallery displays (sometimes ok) in Safari, but not in Chrome or firefox.

It was a cool plug in…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi

It is hard to tell what the problem is because you have reverted to v.1.6.15

This issue you are having seems to be either a conflict with another plugin or your theme, as we do not have this issue on every site.

Do you have a staging site? You can update to the latest version on your staging site and then we can have a look to try help. Please post the link to that site if possible.

    Hi @designsby

I’m just following up to see if you still have this issue?

    Thanks in advance,

(I didn’t see your response from a week ago, sorry!)

There wasn’t a conflict until FooGallery updated… and reverting back to the last version fixes the problem.
I just went to the site, and yes, it is still/again messed up when viewed in chrome and firefox.
And AGAIN it lists version 1.7.6. How can I get it to stay the older version?
I don’t have any other new plugins so what might be causing the problem?

I reverted back to 1.6.15 and it fixed it for now. I can update to the new version for you to look at, but not until this weekend. How quickly can you look at it, once I do that?

    I don’t have a staging site.
    Thanks!
