• Ever since the latest Foogallery plugin update many plugin users had been posting issues with the plugin and no one in Foogallery had answer to any of the issues.
    What can you expect when their Support Policy published on their website states “Our free plugins found on the www.remarpro.com repo do not come with guaranteed support, ”
    Sorry, I am switching to NextGen or whatever plugin that cares and TEST their plugins before going live and CAN work with the latest WordPress Versions

    Sorry that you did not have a good experience.

    Version 1.3.29 was the biggest update we have made since the plugin was first released. We tested it for over 4 months, and even had a beta testing group with 80+ participants. But we still did not foresee some of the issues that people found. Certain parts of the plugin were completely redone.

    We have listened to all the issues since the release and have since released v1.4.3 which we hope fixes all the problems. Again, we have tested it on all our testing scenarios and with the latest version of WP.

    Please upgrade to v1.4.3 and post any issues you find.
    We will try our best to keep all our users happy.
