    Hi,
I’ve been using FooGallery for a gallery on this page for a few years and it recently stopped displaying. It should be appearing underneath “Watch a video below to learn how to use IQDial:”. I deleted all cache per your documentation. I also notice that when I go to ‘FooGallery’ > ‘Galleries’ under ‘Usage’ it says ‘Not Used!’. So I’m not sure if this has something to do with the issue? I updated the theme, WordPress and FooGallery to new versions. I’m using FooGallery 1.8.12.
    Please advise, thank you!

  • Hi @alcmarket,

Thanks for reaching out about this. There definitely seems to be something odd going on.

@steveush – are you able to review this and comment?

    Hi @alcmarket,

For some reason the FooGallery JavaScript is not being included in your page. More accurately something is causing it to be removed from the page as the CSS file is loaded and they are both included by the same block of code in the backend.

I’ll have to pass this on to our PHP developer @bradvin to look into as I’m not 100% sure what could be the cause here.

    Thanks
    Steve

    Hi Deanna,

I had a look at your page, and the CSS is loading, but not the JS.
They are loaded at the same time when it detects a foogallery on the page.

How are you building up your page content? Which page builder?

    Another thing to check is your theme footer.php file to make sure it calls wp_footer();

    Hi,
I am using Opus Theme (Child theme), and it looks like the footer.php is calling wp_footer(). It uses a PMC pagebuilder. However I did notice something strange – in my dashboard Opus (parent theme) is showing as being installed twice – would this have an effect?

    Hi @alcmarket,

    Sorry for the slow reply.

Are you still having this issue?

If so, have you checked in with the Opus theme developers to see what they suggest?

    Hi @alcmarket,

We haven’t heard back from you regarding this so will assume you’ve resolved the issue and I’ll close this support request.

Please open a new support request if we can help with anything else.

    Thank you!
