It has now been over a year since I reported this issue and there were several responses saying that this was being “looked into” but the gallery is still not sorting alphabetically as it should. This is making checking for duplicates extremely difficult. All photos are named correctly. Although previously they were not in strict alphabetical order now they aren’t even showing un the correct letters.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    hi @checmark

I cannot remember this exact issue, but I do remember investigating alphabetical sorting and we could never reproduce the problem on our end.

I had a look at your gallery and it has a LOT of images. Which image is not sorted alphabetically correctly?

Also, why do you use the Masonry gallery template if all your images are the same width and height? You could use the default template. The reason I mention this is because we have seen cases where the masonry algorithm changes the order of the images. This is usually when the images are different sizes, but it is something to consider, as the Masonry template does not bring anything to the table in your case from what I can see.

First, the previous ticket was closed before anything was solved, so I started this new one.

In every previous messages I enclosed countless photos showing how badly the photos were showing. I have confirmed that every photo is exactly the same size, 240px X 300px and every photo has the name in caps. Sometimes the sorting is not exactly alphabetical, but now photos can be all over the place, not even in the same starting letter. It is making it impossible to manage the gallery.
