    Hi M,

Thanks for the screenshot and links. I tested your site in FF and it seems to be showing the gallery on https://www.discoverwalks.com/blog/things-to-do-between-the-eiffel-tower-and-the-louvre/ fine. Do you still see the problem? If so, what version of FF are you testing on?

    Hi there.

I’ve just tested in Firefox and I’ve been able to duplicate your issue.

I do note some console warnings relating to Autoptimize. Would you please deactivate Autoptimize temporarily, clear any caching plugins, go to FooGallery -> Settings and hit the clear HTML and CSS buttons and then try loading your site again to see if the problem has been resolved? Please also test this in an incognito / Private Window browser session to eliminate any local browser caching.

If this does fix the issue please reenable Autoptimize and test the javascript and css minimisation / combination features. It’s not uncommon for minimisation plugins to cause issues with javascript and CSS so careful testing is needing.

Please let us know how you get on.

    Thanks in advance,

    Phill

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    hope this helps debugging,
    frank (ao dev)

I noticed the Autoptimize plugin author very helpfully posted this on another similar support thread. From the quick test I’ve done this does indeed appear to be the issue.

Please follow the instructions below and review the linked FAQ to tweak your settings and you should be able to get this resolved quickly.
