I am only having an issue with the Safari browser. FooGallery is bleeding into the menu/header and is not functioning properly. I am using the free version to test and really like it so far and will end up purchasing the plugin for its full capabilities. I researched this and could not figure out how to resolve the issue considering it is working correctly on all other browsers.

I appreciate your time in helping me solve this.

    Hi @chrisinhouseartist,

Thanks for letting us know about this issue. It seems to be a problem with the Gallery Settings > Appearance > Loaded Effect option. Currently you have the value Fly selected. I think this value in combination with some of the other options you have enabled are causing this issue.

As a quick fix could you try selecting another value for this option and seeing if the layout issues are resolved?

I’ll need to dig in a bit to figure out a proper fix seeing as this is a Safari only issue and with the release of 15.4 they have made quite a few changes to the browser and introduced a number of odd bugs in the process.

    Thanks
    Steve

Steve Thanks for your response! It is the Fly loaded effect only as I tried almost all the others and they work just fine. I switched it to Flip for now until the issue is corrected with Safari.

If there is anything more I can do to help you solve this let me know and please keep me updated on this – I really like the fly effect and will be purchasing the full plugin.

    Thanks again!

    Hi @chrisinhouseartist

Sorry for the delayed response. So a new update from Safari will be coming out soon and we do believe that it will have a fix to the bug that was causing the issue to occur when the Fly effect was enabled.

In the meantime, if you have any other questions, please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.
