    Hi,

I created a product which is actually a?single-day event.
    https://deathwaiver.com/product/hyrox-miami-april-19-2025/
    It has several product variations.?
Each ticket variation links to an external URL for off-site purchase as I am listing the event as an affiliate partner.
The Add to Cart button should be replaced with a “Save w code DEATHWAIVER-10” button when an external variation is clicked. Instead the external variation button appears above the Add to Cart button

    Any help is appreciated.

Ok, this looks more like a plugin conflict with FooEvents than the theme (but could be that as well).

FooEvents gave me CSS to apply to my theme to address the misaligned Add to Cart button.
When I removed that CSS my normal WC products were fixed – the Add to Cart button disappears as intended for product variations set with external URL are selected. The problem persists however for these products that are marked as vents using the FooEvents plugin – the Add to Cart button does not disappear when an external variation is selected.

I have reached out to the FooEvents team with this info as well.

    Hi @paulbuijs ,

    Thanks for the feedback.

For conflicts of this kind, if possible, you can kindly consider changing the theme to a more standard and specialized theme for WooCommerce as well to avoid that.

We do not have any technical developer available on this forum to help with conflicts with external themes, for display issues and other customization requests. So maybe you can kindly think about my recommendation so that both the plugins can work properly without much customization.

    Best regards.

I ended up finding and using a code snippet that does the same thing as WPC External Variations for WooCommerce. It plays nicely with my theme and the FooEvents plugin.

    Thanks for your help.
