Food store on mobile not working

    Hi Guys,
    I’m having some issues:

    – When I’m on mobile you cant order a product, it’s not added to the cart. After refresh still no item in the cart.

    – When on desktop, when I add a product sometimes not always, but sometimes it’s added to the cart. But most of the times, you need to refresh before the cart is updated.

    Hello,

    We confirm that we are facing exactly same issue what you have mentioned. But it’s not something that is happening because of the plugin alone. There might be other plugins which are updating or doing something with cart after a item is added.

    We would request you to test Food Store plugin with a clean setup without other plugins and extensions. Then you can gradually add other plugins to find out whcih plugin exactly creating the issue, this will surely help us to fix the problem if any within the plugin.

    Hello Mohit,
    I created a fresh one https://bistrotwogo.nl/, but again even without plugins active there are still issues.

    1- Bottom cart: the cart is not updated when your order is finish. It should be set to 0,00 but it’s not.

    2- Basically all web-shops have a WC cart icon + number, we must use the default tag from WooCommerce. But your plugin prevents update we need to refresh, looks bad and it’s absolute not user-friendly.

    3- Bottom cart, not all fields are translatable: at, on, change.

    (I hope you have a solution for this, I’m playing around for almost a week now to get this working, my client a restaurant is killing me ?? They need this business because of the lock down we experience here in The Netherlands for all restaurants.)

    I can create an admin for you if you would like to see for yourself.
