FooBox not working on posts

On the page that you’ve shared with us, I can see that it is a FooGallery gallery with the issue you are describing.

First, I’d like to kindly ask you to enable FooGallery Debug Comments for us so that we can be able to effectively assist you with this.

To do so, kindly navigate to FooGallery -> Settings -> Advanced and click on the “Enable Debug” checkbox option. Don’t forget to save changes.

After investigating this, I highly suspect that FooBox is not activated on your site. Could you kindly confirm if you have the FooBox plugin installed and activated? If not, kindly ensure that the FooBox plugin is installed and activated. Thanks in advance.

Both FooBox Image Lightbox and FooGallery are active on the site and up to date.

The Lightbox IS working on some pages, example:

My first thought is that since this is the first time I’ve wanted to use FooBox on a post, this is the difference as to why it’s not working.

First, sorry for the delay in responding to this.

This is happening most likely because you have excluded FooBox assets (the FooBox CSS and JS files) from being loaded on these pages. Because of this, the images cannot be opened using FooBox.

To fix this, first, kindly log in to your admin dashboard and navigate to FooBox -> Settings -> Advanced and ensure that the “Exclude FooBox Assets” option is unchecked, as shown in this image: https://prnt.sc/1lnl8pz

After that, kindly go ahead and go to the Edit section of the page/post where FooBox isn’t loading and ensure that the “FooBox Javascript & CSS” option that’s found on the lower right is also unchecked as shown in this image: https://prnt.sc/1lnkgcs

Hello! I am having the same issue. I have followed the thread above and tried using these same suggestions to no avail. When I put the shortcode in the page, the Gallery does not populate. HELP!
