Foo Gallery thumbnails are not appearing, especially on mobile, and sometimes on desktop. What could be the reason?

    Hi @przyjem

I’m sorry to learn that you are going through this issue. I will need to login to your WordPress admin to be able to investigate this further.

Kindly get in touch with me via elvis at fooplugins dot com and we will continue our correspondence from there.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.

Same here, not working since update to 2.2.35. Galleries only have the background grey or white in place of the image. Cleared all cache, both the Foogallery cache in settings and the Litespeed cache. Disabled lazy loading, no difference.

    Hi @lencw

Could you please share a link to a page on your site that has a FooGallery gallery(ies) with this issue so that I can have a look from my end? Thanks in advance for doing so.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.

The galleries are now displaying, but the images are not spacing properly. If I save the gallery, it formats OK then goes wrong again with images in rows and no gaps.

    Hi @przyjem

I have just responded to you via email and the gallery is now being displayed. Kindly have a look to confirm: https://maddownload.com/movies/magic-mikes-last-dance/

    Hi @lencw

Looking at the page with the gallery, I can see that it is now correctly displayed which is great. Just as a final step, kindly navigate to FooGallery -> Settings and on the “General” tab, clear the HTML and CSS cache.

    Thanks.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.

Elvis, not fixed, the images were 3 on a row not masonry. So I tried combinations of JS optimisation in Litespeed and found a solution. I am using JS minify and combine. I excluded /foogallery/ and masonry.min.js, then prevented delay of /foogallery/.

Its rare I have to do this with plugins, and something recent has caused this.
